What is it:
A box or half of David Elliot leg quarters, packed in convenient trays for easy storage. A tray comes with a whole chicken cut in eigths. A case comes with 12 trays at approximately 40 lbs, or we have a smaller option with 4 trays, at approximately 13.5 lbs.
