3 grass fed long pieces of Argentinian oyster steak. Each one is about 1.5 lbs. Also known as the Teres Major Steak, it is compared to the beef tenderloin.
Price:
$14.50 per pound

Lubavitch Shechita - CHK, and Beth Yosef
Recommended ways to use:
Cook it on a pan or the grill as you would a ribeye steak.
Based on the following (not Jewish, but still informtive) article:
https://foragerchef.com/teres-major-steak/it is recommended to trim the silver skin (fat) off, and to season with salt and pepper (prefferably overnight), and let it rest for about 15 minutes, as it needs more time to settle.
When ordering an average, price will be adjusted based on weight actually sold. This will result in either a refund or charge accordingly.
