What is it:

3 grass fed long pieces of Argentinian oyster steak. Each one is about 1.5 lbs. Also known as the Teres Major Steak, it is compared to the beef tenderloin.

Recommended ways to use:

Cook it on a pan or the grill as you would a ribeye steak.

it is recommended to trim the silver skin (fat) off, and to season with salt and pepper (prefferably overnight), and let it rest for about 15 minutes, as it needs more time to settle.
