 certification. Each vacuum-sealed roast weighs approximately 9 pound and is priced at $9.50 per pound 
For best results, we recommend either roasting or defrosting and cutting into steaks for later.
 
When ordering an average, price will be adjusted based on weight actually sold. This will result in either a refund or charge accordingly.
