What is it:
A case of salmon fillets, each around 3 lbs. The salmon is fresh and ocean raised from Chile.
A small case comes with 3-5 fillets, for a total of 10-13 lbs. 
A big case comes with 9 - 11 fillets, for a total of around 37.5 lbs. 
This product can take a week to deliver, as we have to order it fresh.

It can be cooked in the oven or pan, but also great for sushi!
Shelf Life:
When it comes fresh, it can last a week/a week and a half. There is a date on the box. Can also be frozen for later use.
 
When ordering an average, price will be adjusted based on weight actually sold. This will result in either a refund or charge accordingly.
